Position:
Permanent Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) - 2 positions


Summary of Duties:


The Physiotherapy Therapy Assistant (PTA/OTA) work under the direction of a licensed regulated health professional, primarily the Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, in carrying out specific treatment plans.

This may include the administration of modalities, mobility training, strengthening and exercise programs, and education of patients and families.


Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant (combined) program or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Computer literacy

Previous Experience Requirements:


  • 1year experience in previous hospital or long term care preferred

Salary Range:
$ $ $ $ $39.50


Pay:
$35.19-$39.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
