Windermere Chrysler is pleased to accept applicants with experience in subprime lending in automotive.Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership doing subprime finance
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Self motivated and driven attitude to succeed and push yourself to excel past targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with bank associates in a professional manner, understand bank guidelines and learn how to negotiate bank terms
- Result driven and career focused individuals with a strong desire and work ethic come move to the front of the line

Salary:
$85,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
Experience:
- subprime auto finance: 2 years (required)
- automotive sales: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
