Reports to:

Manger of Subject Recruitment


General Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Participating in departmental meetings
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research industry
  • Moderate typing speed with high accuracy (40 wpm)
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient and able to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet recruiting deadlines
  • Initiative taker with goal driven mindset
