Description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing backup care to unfilled visits when caregivers are unable to attend
  • Being the face of the company by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Working with the client to ensure the care needs are met and care plans are kept up to date.
  • Scheduling regular checkup visits to clients and caregivers to ensure the integrity of care is being upheld. Reviewing the clients care plan, dated notes in Wellsky and performing regular inhome safety checks.
  • Ensuring a quick response time in address clients concerns
  • Sharing ideas with the operations and sales team about new ways in providing optimal care to our clients
  • Monitoring feedback from our clients and escalating complaints to the operations and sales team
  • Ensuring integrity of client and caregivers files are upheld in Wellsky through proper documentation.

Salary:
$19.75 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
