Description

The primary function of this role is to ensure all brands are always set up with the latest and great Visual Merchandising execution, with a key understanding of the passenger mix within this location.

He or she must be fully self sufficient in terms of time management and organization, and always be well prepared for all newness, launch and maintanence updates within the stores.

Overall the goal for this role is to in partnership with the branded vm team, champion the instore experience and ensure global consistency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


LIGHTBOX ROLLOUTS

  • Ensure in store lightboxes are up to date (measurements, delivery address, contact person, airport status).
  • Coordinate shipment and installation with retailer.
  • Liase with local supplier for installation.

VM COLLATERALS

  • Ensure stock is in place prior to campaign launch (together with the Office VM).
  • Track and confirm all VM elements are delivered.
  • Align with Office VM on proper execution of the campaign.
  • Share report and pictures with Office VM.

HPP & SPP

  • Liase with retailer/contractor for installation.
  • Visits to shopfitter's warehouses to check the equipment prior to the installations.
  • Align with SEE's/Marketing on the delivery of GWP's.
  • Complete merchandising with assistance from other team members.
  • Work together with the retailer and SEE to ensure the product allocation is relevant to the market and to the customer flow (make necessary adjustment on site).
  • Share report and pictures with Office VM.

STORE INSTALLATIONS

  • Merchandise per planograms given.
  • Share report and pictures with Office VM.

STORE VISITS

  • Build locally relevant planograms and implement them on site.
  • Work closely with the BAs and SEE's for all brands, education of the store teams, to align the merchandising according to the planogram.
  • Ensure all the brands are aligned with the current visual rollout / guidelines.
  • Competitor reports on local market.
  • Liase with SEEs to merchandise counters according to the guidelines and MOB.
  • Work on maintenance reports and follow up with the shopfitter, retailer, and PM team to solve any issues.

MAINTANENCE & STORE UPKEEP

  • Work very closely with the TRAM PM team, to ensure all maintanence and updates are happening on a timely basis.
  • For specific repairs be the point person when necessary, facilitating until completion.
  • Share report and pictures with Office VM.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • 23+ Years of retail merchandising or related field experience preferred.
  • Photography skills a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in luxury brands a plus
  • Strong organization, follow up andFi prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Good communicate skills.
  • Ability to self
- manage and work well independently.

  • Deadline oriented and possess superior organizational skills in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of computer programs including:
Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
Adobe Acrobat preferred but not required
Microsoft Office required
