Responsibilities:


We are currently searching for an innovative, self-starter with and innate eye for detail and a passion for excellence to join our team.

This role will be based in-office, from our branch in Delta, BC.

Reporting to the Technology Manager, essential job responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:


  • Responsible for the maintenance of documents, training records, datasheets and certificates, pertaining to the quality program on a multitude of platforms including, but not limited to Microsoft Teams, ServiceMax and Measurement Canada web site liaising with Technicians, Branch Managers as required.
  • Support the quality program manager and assist as required with communication to Measurement Canada for Quality Program, following up on upcoming issues as necessary.
  • Act as the Online Reporting Application (ORA) champion by reviewing datasheet and certificate, following up and addressing any errors, making necessary corrections and provide training as necessary to employees.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of quality and certification, including weekly review and follow up of exam certificates, filing of review of incoming designation certificates.
  • Ensure timely registration of all employees for training programs, assessments and audits.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including creation of PowerPoint for meetings, taking meeting minutes and attendance logs for quality and other monthly meetings as required.
  • Assist Quality Manager and operations by providing assistant with translation as needed. This includes but is not limited to translation of policies, PowerPoints, documents and meeting minutes.
  • Responsible to manage sticker inventory including preparing of package for shipping to branches and technicians as needed.
  • Assist as required for preparation of auditing materials as required.
  • Provide support to other for larger projects communication initiatives and IT roll outs.
  • Provide support with Safety Program initiatives as needed.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to assist with development, implementation and sustainment of policies and processes
  • Other duties as required.

Profile:


  • 1 years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Strong administrative experience required, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience with CRM preferred, with high technological aptitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with talent for identifying errors and develops systems to ensure compliance and resolution.
  • Works productively in a fastpaced environment with a positive, determined attitude.
  • Able to multitask and quickly respond to the changing priorities in a timely fashion.
  • Strong relationship, and communication skills with ability to influence others.
  • Analytical mindset, with proven experience overcoming obstacles and implementing innovative solution.
  • Autonomous with exceptional organisation skills and ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
  • Team player with ability to jump in to assist all areas and desire to continuously grow and define role.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian industrial weigh scale industry advantageous, but not essential.
