You're a proven project management professional who's delivered all types of information systems projects with tactical precision.

It's in your nature to drive multiple initiatives forward without skipping a beat, and your adaptive approach and ability to leverage the perspectives of your peers ensures every project is a success.

We want someone like you to join as our Information Systems (IS) Delivery Project Manager.


In this role, you will:


Be responsible for delivering projects from initiation to deployment, including overseeing scheduling and task assignments to ensure all deliverables are achieved on schedule and on budget for major and minor initiatives simultaneously as directed by the IS Project Management Office methodology.


In year 1, you will:
Lead project teams to achieve project objectives while keeping controls on resources, risks, costs, and timelines.
Guide projects using your knowledge of project management principles and methodology, vendor relationship management, and resource planning.
Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines Influence and spur change to facilitate and enhance performance within a project team.


In year 2, you will:
Continue building successful relationships with stakeholders and other internal departments.
Foster growth within your team and act as a trusted professional in delivering projects successfully.
Pursue continuous innovation to implementation, training and project management materials and practices


What it takes:


A bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a recognized program with four to seven years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification as a Project Management Professional is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with one or more project management methodologies, such as PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile.

Exceptional organization and analytical skills to develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, and risks.

Excellent attention-to-detail and reporting skills to track project financials and identify variances.

Great collaboration skills to build strong stakeholder relationships, and enable your peers in identifying priorities, drive decision making, and resolve business problems.

Proven communications skills for leading steering committees, and providing status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and leadership.
