    About the role


    As the Senior Technicianfor Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you willyou will be a multi-skilled operative confident in delivering, collecting, and installing a wide range of equipment. You will also be fully trained in minor adaptations and permanent fixings, including:

    • Various other fixings requiring drilling and secure installation

    You will support frontline operations while also helping to train, mentor, and develop new technicians.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    Core Technician Duties

    • Deliver, collect, and install equipment to a high standard
    • Follow assembly instructions and use smartphone systems
    • Maintain schedules, follow route guidance, and communicate issues
    • Provide professional customer service and work flexibly
    • Assess surfaces, identify hazards, and complete safe, accurate installations

    Training & Development

    • Support onboarding, deliver Centre of Excellence training, and mentor new technicians
    • Provide feedback and report progress to management

    Additional Requirements

    • Provide Team Leader cover as needed
    • Uphold Medequip values, work well under pressure, and stay organised
    • Take ownership of tasks, deliver excellent service, and be flexible with hours
