Summary:

As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the incumbent will provide care on the Neurobehavioural and Geriatric Assessment Unit (GRT4).

They will also work weekends as needed at both sites.
The treatment programs will be under the supervision of the OT/PT. The client's treatment programs will be implemented, progressed and modified to meet their rehabilitation needs.
The incumbent contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
