Mission Springs Restaurant, a popular dining destination known for its warm atmosphere and delicious cuisine, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team.

We are committed to providing a delightful dining experience to our guests through excellent customer service, exquisite food, and exceptional attention to detail.

As a Server at Mission Springs Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for each guest by promptly attending to their needs, providing personalized service, and offering expert advice on menu selections.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival
Present menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all food and beverage safety regulations and protocols
Assist with seating arrangements and reservations as needed
Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years of age
Valid "Serving It Right" certification or equivalent required
Previous experience in a server role is preferred, but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure
Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation to and from work
