Human Resources Assistant

Required education and skills:

1.
Bachelor's Degree (in Business or Human Resource)
2. 1 to 2 years of involvement

Respects and follows HR manager's instructions
Performs clerical and miscellaneous duties in a responsible, efficient, and accurate manner
Is organized when filing documents and juggling various responsibilities
Can think, speak, and write clearly and logically
Has strong ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Word and Excel)
Experience in a clerical or office assistant role is not required but is valued
Bilingual (English / French) is an asset -100% in both verbal and written forms.

The HR Manager will train the assistant to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Complete all aspects of recruitment process
Check daily attendance for all employees
Record absences and incidents of tardiness
Make and post the weekly schedule
Help to process the payroll every 2 weeks
Prepare employment verification letters
Advise Managers on hr policies, procedures
Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and respectful work environment
Facilitate performance management and annual evaluations
Assist the HR manager with miscellaneous duties when needed

Job Types:

Full-time, Work-at-office (not a remote position), Permanent contract, Monday-to-Friday work schedule

Salary:

Start from $22-25/hour. If employee passes the probation period, the salary may be adjust after the probation period ends.
