We are pleased to partner with Control and Compound Financial on the search for a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team.

• Assisting in managing the client experience
• Overseeing the schedule of the wealth coach

• Policy management
• Updating and tracking internal documentation along with data entry to CRM software
• Seeing tasks to completion and keeping all parties accountable, continually meeting deadline expectations
• Managing lead funnel cycle time through constant client communication and weekly status reports
• Postsecondary education preferred
• LLQP certification
• Professional experience with preferred background in customer service
• A strong understanding of life insurance terminology
• Proven ability in using multiple computer platforms, e.g. Kronos, Calendly, Active Campaign, Microsoft Office, Outlook
