An Immigration Case Analyst will possess the following qualities:

Warm, outgoing, and proactive
Ability to prioritize, multitask and balance competing interests
Knowledge of client care processes
High attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Techsavvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite
Strong command of how to conduct legal research in an effective and efficient manner
Ability to learn how to plan projects
Preparing submission packages for basic and complex cases and submitting to various government agencies (e.g., Employment and Social Development Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada etc.)
Performing various administrative duties including, but not limited to organizing and managing files, tracking dates, inputting data into spreadsheets, photocopying/faxing submission packages
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Graduated from a recognized Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Immigration Consultant or Law Clerk program in Canada
Immigration law experience is an asset
