Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the People and Culture branch as a Talent Acquisition Consultant working in New Brunswick.


  • Working with hiring managers to draft engaging job advertisments
  • Finding creative outlets to promote employment opportunities
  • Create and coordinate a variety of testing and assessment activities
  • Scheduling interviews and preparing documents for the interview board
  • Chairing interview boards and guiding clients through the selection process
  • Preparing offer letter packages
  • Participating in events to promote SNB as an employer of choice (i.e. presentations in schools, job/career fairs)
  • Managing the daytoday Talent Acquisition communications and marketing needs (social media posts, job ad sharing, link to corporate comms contacts and resources)
  • Other innovative and exciting projects as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in a related field with a minimum of two years of related work experience with a minimum of one year being in recruitment.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.


Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

  • Coursework in human resources, a recognized Human Resources designation; diploma or certificate.
  • Experience working in a public sector environment
  • Experience conducting and leading interviews
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Behavioural Event Interviewing techniques

Salary:
$48,672 - $68,042 annually - Pay Band - Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
