About us

A small Vietnamese Restaurant located in downtown Vancouver, B.C.


Completion of at least 2 years of culinary college or equivalent program; at least - 5 years of commercial cooking experience is required; Authorization to Work in Canada; FoodSafe Level I; Fluent speaking English required; Experience and knowledge in preparing specialized Vietnamese cuisine.


Essential Duties include preparing the menu and creating new menu items for the restaurant, supervising all kitchen staff and kitchen operations including budgets, supplies, inventory, ingredients.

Motivating and leading all kitchen staff and training them in cooking techniques to help them improve and to ensure a positive and co-operative experience for everyone


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$25.60-$29.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vancouver, BC V6G 2M1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
