We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team


You will work closely with the support team, development team and our internal customers to evaluate customer requirements and our existing data structures to deliver custom reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Based on requests, you will also look for opportunities to improve our efficiency through automation and the development of optimum reporting solutions.


About the role:


  • Translate business requirements into technical ones
  • Pinpoint and resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion
  • Ensure to generate and deliver quality reports to customers in timely and accurate manner
  • Manage new report generation and report enhancement based on the change requests
  • Generate reports for internal and external customers for business decision making
  • Perform quality assurance checks on new or enhanced reports
  • Develop standard reports and functional dashboards based on business requirements
  • Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions
  • Stay updated with business operations and business intelligence processes
  • Participation in Data Warehouse design

About you:


  • Proficient in SQL, able to navigate a large database, create new queries, and optimize queries.
  • Work experience in database systems
  • Experience with data modeling and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of relational database theory
  • You are a solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy multitasking and can work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains
  • You have College or University level education or equivalent training and experience. (Computer Science, Big Data, Economics, Mathematics, etc )
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Nice to have experience with BI Tools (e.g. QuickSight)
