With four locations in the lower mainland, we are well-equipped to serve our clients effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team based out of our manufacturing plant in Abbotsford, BC.

Responsibilities

Promote services of products and projects to major clients.
Leads, coaches, and manages the technical sales representatives, to achieve divisional sales goals.
Researches and develops marketing strategies and plans.
Remains current on new products.
Support General Manager to develop and attain Annual Sales Budget expectations.
Provide quotes and process sales ensuring all processes and deadlines are met.
Attends appropriate industry related events.
Respond to designer and production enquiries.
Proactively and systematically manage customer portfolio.
Leads weekly sales meetings.
Assist in design process as required.
Develop positive relationships and secure sales from customers, educate customers on products, service customer needs, conduct job site visits and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and ontime delivery.
Ensure that all personnel comply with Company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Postsecondary Business, Marketing, or related field.
CPSA Designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in home and commercial construction industry.
Design experience is considered an asset.
Valid class 5 driver's license.
MS Office, MBA (MiTek Business Application).
