job duties:
responsible for the formulation and execution of marketing strategy for the Company. This role requires a knowledgeable and passionate leader with a demonstrated history of winning and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, and develop and implement appropriate marketing plans of establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess characteristics of client's products and services to be promoted and determine marketing needs of an establishment.
• Develop and implement strategies and related content for content marketing, digital marketing and social media.
• Manage marketing campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing metrics.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, participate to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Arrange interviews, news conferences and other media events
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in marketing or several years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation

• At least 5 years of marketing project management; preferably within the advertisement industry
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
• Expert analytical and relationship building skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin fluently preferred

Salary:
Up to $29.00 per hour

• Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Project management: 5 years (preferred)
