Who are you?

  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a supervisory role
  • You may possess postsecondary education in business administration or a related discipline.
  • You are experienced working in a facility with 5 S, Lean, Kaizen and other problemsolving strategies.
  • You are a hands on team player, you never hesitate to physically help production needs,
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple jobs simultaneously and managing prioritization of issues daily.
  • You enjoy coaching and have been known to be creative when conceptualizing strategies to further engage employees.

What will your day be like?

  • Your mornings start with briefing the staff set objectives and goals, account for the goals obtained, and praise the successes that have occurred.
  • Working in partnership with HR you aim to enhance employee development and retention efforts including recruitment, onboarding, and development.
  • You manage and audit Leader Standard Work signoff sheets and address shortfalls.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports explaining department output targets and actuals.
  • You train and develop staff, ensure that the health and safety protocols in place are being followed, and consistently seek new avenues to improve the environment for the staff.
  • But most importantly our production supervisor bridges the gap between the production facility, management and our customers with unwavering quality, service, and the highest attention to detail at the core of their being.

Salary:
From $68,000.00 per year
