Responsibilities

  • Ensure you have all necessary bags on the rack prior to startup
  • Ensure the automatic counter is set up according to production
  • Ensure the right code is set up for the day
  • Visual check of the machine prior to startup and ensure all machines are running correctly
  • Ensure WIP trays are set up on both sides of the line in the case of machinery malfunction
  • Work closely with the packing line crew
  • Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift and clean up after the shift
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
  • Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in SOP
  • Perform all other duties assigned

Qualifications:


  • Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
  • GMP and safety awareness
