In Scope

Permanent, Full Time:
Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week

Location:
Regina Head Office - This role is eligible for hybrid work.

This means you'll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Regina), on a scheduled rotation once probation requirements have been met.

Until then, the successful incumbent may be expected to work on-site, full-time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Configurations- feature upgrade planning, testing, and implementation;maintenance of up-to-date workflow diagrams of data and inter-system dependencies; and documentation of configuration settings, with a focus on changes from default settings.- Applies defined technical, security, and data privacy standards and best practices. Analyzes and translates functional specification and change requests into technical specifications.- Initiates vendor escalation support, and coordinates and documents problem resolution and service level agreement (SLA) reviews.- Performs configuration based on requirements gathered from the client.- Performs break/fix support, regression testing, and supports the inbound/outbound interfaces to various systems and middleware.- Implements security and data model specifications as defined by business and legal requirements.- Creates support documentation in line with SGI's IT Service Management (ITSM) standards. Performs security model analysis, implementation, and administration. Works with security and identity team to identify and investigate security architecture/integration incidents, changes, problems, and solutions. Supports daily operational implementing service requests and project deliverables.- Supports the operations manager with incidents, changes, and support for issue resolution. Supports the planning of SaaS/COTS platforms lifecycle.


Interactions- Supports partners and stakeholders through system implementations and upgrades.- Works with business lead to understand and test changes.- Brings summary to SaaS/COTS governance planning committees and business service owners.- Works with business users to continually improve service delivery.- Performs audit functions on multiple SaaS/COTS services.- Provides input to knowledge management repositories for support, monitoring, and run book enablement.

Technical Knowledge & Skills- Proficient knowledge of testing and configuration of software platforms.- Proficient knowledge of SaaS-based products and cloud technology.- Proficient skill in incident troubleshooting and escalation.- Fundamental knowledge of ITIL or related service delivery framework.


Education & Certification- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or defined equivalency.


ExperiencePay Range:
$65, $82,452.00
