Responsibilties
- Work on various aspects of building maintenance requirements, including updates, repairs, and new constructions.
- Prepare construction areas, stage material, and site cleanup.
- Conduct general carpentry functions drywalling, framing, insulation, and painting.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance tasks as required
- Working with power tools (impact drills, grinders, saws, etc)
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 35 years of experience in construction, building maintenance or carpentry.
- Comfortable with a variety of hand and power tools
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities

Salary:
$28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
