Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Access to a vehicle
Comfortable carrying ladder on vehicle given proper equipment
High school diploma
Preferably some experience with handson or physical work (No professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to complete projects at a professional level
Fulltime commitment hours weekly)
Strong communication skills
Must be coachable and hardworking
Commitment to work from May

Pay Structure
- $18.00/hr (Window Cleaners) and $19.00/hr (Crew Chiefs) starting wage

Performance bonuses and wage increases available
Tips earned for good customer service
Commissions from sales or marketing activities

Responsibilities
-
Window Cleaner -

Responsible for completion of all projects from start to finish in the time given. consisting of tasks such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and siding cleaning.
Responsible for maintaining the organization and health of crew kits and materials.

Crew Chief -

Responsible for all Window Cleaner tasks listed above
Responsible for client interaction and payment collection
Responsible for ensuring job quality is up to standard
Responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites when given the proper equipment.
