The Opportunity
This is a junior/entry-level position therefore, all tasks are inter-related and directly overseen by a manager. The Consultant Support's main accountability is to answer the calls and distribute it to the department. Success in this role is determined by the individual's ability to take calls and maintain productive levels within department.
This is a fundamental role as it provides support and coordination for the overall department, meaning the job holder must actively demonstrate resourcefulness within the scope of responsibilities, initiative, and self-efficacy.
Any opportunities for advancement will depend on the successful completion of duties and responsibilities.How You Will Be Spending Your Time
- Ensuring calls are answered within our contractual service levels (SLA's)
- Client's profile verification (by using Synapze)
- Manage callbacks.
- Holding lines for suppliers
- Liaise with supervisors and managers, when necessary.
- Managing personal inbox and actioning items in a timely manner.
- Maintaining communication with direct Manager and Consultant Support team

- Proven time management skill to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and personable
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficiency in computer
- Active learning and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to keep up with organizational change.
