Location:
Vancouver Island Region (Can be based in either South or Mid Island)


A well-known private investigation company, recognized for its high quality services, professional standards, and appreciation of its employees, is looking for both new and experienced private investigators. Role:


This position will report to the Regional Manager and will involve conducting surveillance investigations in line with established processes, best practices, and operational plans to ensure consistent, legally sound, and goal-oriented services for clients.

The successful candidate should always be ready to excel, demonstrate agility and innovation in planning and executing assignments, and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of their work. The main responsibilities of this role include:



  • Reinforcing a corporate culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation
  • Maintaining a client-centric approach in all operations
  • Being a professional team player with effective communication skills
  • Obtaining accurate information and visual evidence for each assignment
  • Documenting collected information meticulously
  • Providing timely updates to managers and clients for informed decision-making

Education/Experience:

Experience is valued but not mandatory - Training will be provided

  • Previous surveillance experience is beneficial
  • Must hold a valid private investigator license
  • Driver's license required
  • Access to a suitable vehicle for the role
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with modern technology

Salary and Benefits:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour
