    Requirements

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 1 to 7 months


    Responsibilities

    • Assign tasks to sales team members
    • Recruit, train, and provide guidance for employees
    • Manage inventory and place orders for products
    • Approve product returns
    • Create work schedules
    • Engage in sales activities
    • Generate reports on sales performance and personnel issues
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and stock shortages
    • Supervise and coordinate staff activities
    • Handle cash transactions
    • Administer payroll tasks
