Qualifications

Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
Minimum 1 year cash handling
Positive & friendly attitude
Ability to multitask, follow instructions & meet deadlines
Keen eye for detail with an ability to make those details work
Self starter with a willingness to work within a team
Superior guest service skills
Serving It Right certification
Physical abilities including lifting, reaching, turning

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests as they enter café
Take orders as required
Using cash register enter sales, take funds & give change
Service alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea and specialty coffees
Deliver food to guest tables as required
Display merchandise & maintain adequate inventory
Maintain décor in café including flowers & plants
Buss dishes, clean & sanitize tables as required
Ensure dining room is neat & clean
Ensure front line is clean & tidy
Close café & properly store merchandise for evening
Complete daily cash out
Telephone reception as required
Other duties as required
