Duties:

• Perform on-site inspections and supervision of contractors retained by the region for infrastructure projects

About The Job: This job requires a strong understanding of construction contract tendering procedures . You will provide site inspection services on various projects. Review site conditions recommend design parameters or construction methods as needed Prepare as-built sketches review contracts for constructability utility conflicts errors omissions prior to tendering Maintain accurate records payment quantities completed work Provide progressive final field measurements items monthly final payment Resolve unforeseen problems Liaise public Regional departments regulatory authorities consultants municipal staff Advise Supervisor extent impact change directives Foresee respond issues questions stakeholders Regulate compliance safety regulations Inspect review contractors procedure traffic protection general safety Compile daily work track daily quantities Attend training stay current legislation practices h4>Royal Requirements h4_:
