Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, communicating any special requests, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and correct delivery while maintaining a high level of service.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables, and handling table maintenance throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
• Assist with various tasks as needed, including running food, taking payments, and supporting other team members.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, with the ability to handle a variety of guest interactions professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
