Responsibilities:

Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the assigned market
Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and visits
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities

Experience:

Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales role
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in business development and account management
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
