    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Actively participate and contribute to estimating turnover and pre-construction meetings.
    • Support the project Foreperson by developing a strong working relationship and providing project execution guidance for assigned projects.
    • Effectively manage the labor workforce on assigned projects.
    • Complete detailed and accurate monthly financial forecasting.
    • Build subcontractor and supplier relationships, review contracts for scope, and ensure projects are completed to standards.
    • Attend client and construction meetings, disseminate information to the workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Attend job site progress walks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedule.
    • Prepare RFIs, change orders, change directives, and other necessary documentation for the smooth operation of site work.
    • Assist in the estimation process in necessary.
    • Ensure communication and adherence to ELH Mechanical's safety standards.
    • Attend and participate in project reviews.

    Qualifications and Job Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management position with a focus on mechanical systems/work.
    • Ability to interpret site and building plans and specifications.
    • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proven track record of successfully prioritizing tasks based on demand and deadlines.
    • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
    • Understanding of project financial controls.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
