    The University of Niagara Falls, Canada, invites applications for a Faculty level position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor with a specialization in Clinical Biomedical Sciences.

    D. or equivalent in an appropriate Science or related field by the time of appointment or shortly thereafter.

    The selected candidate will be tasked with delivering courses, seminars, and laboratory classes to students in the BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences Program.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the biomedical curriculum and delivering high-quality education across various courses.

    Expertise in new course development and curriculum design is essential, with an understanding of the importance of ensuring alignment with academic standards and innovative teaching methodologies.

    Oversight of all aspects of course delivery, including lectures, laboratory/tutorial sections, and assessments, is expected.

    Collaboration with the academic team is vital for enhancing and updating the Biomedical Science curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.

    Monitoring student progress and implementing interventions as needed are integral components of the role. The candidate is expected to provide academic program guidance and support to students.

    Engagement in scholarly activities, including research, scholarship, and publications, is expected.

    The successful candidate will be required to stay current with developments in the biomedical science field and continue professional development to stay abreast of different pedagogical practices and approaches.

    Service to the faculty and university is expected through active participation in departmental and institutional committees.
