Description

We are looking for professional and experienced cleaners to maintain the floors at a busy retail store 7 days a week.

This position will be working daily after hours (when the store closes or before it opens) and maintaining the floors in a "wet look" state.

_ Rate:
$75 per clean_

We will provide the following materials:

One auto scrubber covering a minimum width of 24" (we can provide).
One highspeed (1500 RPM or more) buffer (we can provide).
A sufficient number of treated dust mops.
A sufficient number of pails and wringerpails.
A sufficient number of mops

The schedule will be established together with the Store Manager and a weekly meeting for on-site inspection will be required.

Areas of the store will include vestibule, sales area, offices, storage areas, lunchroom, and bathrooms.

MUST have experience with floor machines.

Daily Tasks Include:

Floors swept and moped kept spotfree and stainfree at all times.
Floors in the sales area are scrubbed and buffed.
Dustin window ledges.
Trash cans located in the public area of the store to be emptied and cleaned.
Mirrors, washbasins, faucets, urinals, toilets, and other accessories were washed and disinfected.
