    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Halton is looking for a self-motivated, talented, outgoing, positive, and well-organized individual to join our Marketing Team. Our Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing to track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, help plan meetings and trade shows, prepare reports, and assist in developing different marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential leads. Utilize various tools and platforms to maximize lead generation efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospective clients.

    Reporting: Run and analyze reports regularly on marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, Sales activities. Use insights from reports to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and optimize performance.

    Graphic Design: Create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and email campaigns. Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.

    Campaign Management: Aid in the planning, executing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.

    Content Creation: Contribute to content creation efforts, including writing and editing marketing copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.

    Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Utilize findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.

    Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure events are executed flawlessly.

    Qualifications:

    • University or College degree in business/marketing preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing or related industry.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in running and interpreting reports.
    • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Examples of creative thinking with a keen eye for design and detail.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
