INVENTORY ASSOCIATE
Overview
The Inventory Associate (IA) is responsible for physically counting inventory with handheld inventory counting equipment for retail clients across various locations and expected to accurately input information into the WIS equipment.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Achieves established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
- Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
- Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
- Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Leads by example and demonstrates the core SPIRIT values.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must have access to reliable transportation.
Education/Experience:
Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting and prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred.
Computer Skills:
Keying skills preferred.
Language Skills:
English is the primary language; however, bilingual skills may be required in some areas.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to adapt to changing working conditions, such as standing and sitting for long periods of time, as well as frequent walking.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Work Environment
Inventories take place in a field environment such as warehouses, outside industries, retail stores, etc. Every scheduled shift will be at different location within the defined district coverage. This position requires frequent travel via automobile and occasional travel by plane.
