We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic professional person to lead our new venture. Focusing on staff training, management of labour, and maintaining good customer service and public relations within the community. The General Manager will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant.Education and Experience
:
Must Have a minimum of 2 years Management Experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours during evenings and weekends.
- Strong analytical/decisionmaking skills.
- Leadership skills able to direct, train, and coach and supervise a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills able to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Smart Serve Certified
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude is a must.

Job Types:

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
