Responsibilities
- Drive company policies, guidelines and initiative by leading by example
- Ensuring existence of a supportive working environment to promote high job satisfaction and morale
- Communicating department and organizational objectives and goals to subordinates
- Coordinating team tasks and determining priorities
- Carrying out regular team meetings and appraisals, staff development and conflict management
- Provide training on processes and updates to direct reports and internal staff
- Provide support to Director of Sales for Perfect Welding and Solar Energy Business Units
- Attend expert meetings at Fronius International (parent company) and other subsidiaries
- Organizing a regular exchange of experience between the Expert National and Expert International
Technical Tasks and Responsibilities
- Performing tasks as outlined in the Customer Support Specialist
- Managing data in the ERP system such as:
- Preparation of sales and service quotations
- Customer order processing including coordination of shipments to customers and invoicing
- Handling of claims (Customer Order Processing and Purchase)
- Handling the purchasing process (from parent company as well as local suppliers)
- Service order processing including coordination of shipments and invoicing
- Primary point of contact for questions, logistics and correspondence with customers
- Managing inventory levels (ensure frequent/nonfrequent stock is maintained)
- Return deliveries to parent company
- Managing and submitting product warranty claims to parent company at regular intervals as per laid down procedures
- Safety stock management (ensure warehouse stock is adequate for safety stock, frequent/nonfrequent, returns, claims etc.)
- Managing different sales/ service queues and processing service cases in CRM
- Navigate through and analyse data in the reporting system CPM
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Postsecondary diploma/certificate in office or business administration with 5+ years management experience
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, effective problem solving, and decision making
- Support team, provide trainings, drive initiatives, play a critical role in motivating, discipline and resolve conflicts as required
- Ability to analyse, prioritize and problem solve to find viable, timely solutions and confidence in making informed decisions
- Experience with ERP systems (Baan preferred), CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel advance experience), SharePoint, CPM
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and have exceptional time management
- Well organized and detailed oriented with an ability to multitask
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to drive tasks with team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual
- English and French; (German an asset)
- Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary:
From $17.50 per hour
