**Salary: Starting rate is $35.85 per hour

What You Get to Do:


  • Perform auditing and investigation on data and system functionality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Determine client needs and analyze current methods in order to recommend changes and improvements to technology systems and/or business processes.
  • Act a liaison between users and technical system support and provides vital details to ensure that system changes are correctly implemented.
  • Perform, develop and implement user acceptance testing.
  • Compile reports and statistics, requiring a detailed analysis of data and processes.
  • Communicate user requirements and technical capabilities of the systems and system components.
  • Provide firstline support to users and fixes hardware, procedural or system problems.
  • Participate in the implementation of new software and deliver training as required.

Qualifications:


  • Technical diploma in Computer Science/CIS, Engineering, GIS, IT Business Analysis, or another related field. Other related courses may be considered.
  • Experience with databases and query language is considered an asset.
  • Experience with developing and delivering training is considered an asset.
  • Experience with reading, interpreting and/or building business process models.
  • Expert level skills in the use of Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Power BI and SharePoint will be considered an asset.
  • Must be able to deal professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines and time constraints.
  • Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, learning ability, initiative, mature judgment and responsible work habits.
  • Must have strong record keeping, documentation and organizational skills and be able to coordinate information from a variety of sources.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills and able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work with mínimal direction.
