Make your lasting mark on the wellness industry in Toronto through opening our first two locations in Ontario, both in the downtown core

As the General Manager, you accept complete responsibility for the delivery of a customized and best-in-class experience, service, and offerings for both team members and members alike.

You will lead by example, working collaboratively with the Owner, on ways to meet expectations for the brand in line with the generation and defending of Operating and Capital budgets.

This is the first of three properties currently under construction so the growth potential in this role is available. Are you ready to make your mark?

You will help develop and implement all aspects of a health and fitness-focused business with a great amount of specialized support and resources as needed.

The areas covered will include:
Culture - You've experienced the good and bad.

Let's create the amazing You will lead the focus on staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management from a stance of motivation and support.

Operations - With an existing operation that was established through a pandemic a very strong foundation is ready to be developed.

You will focus on the overall operational growth focusing on Member Services, Gym Presentation, Retail Sales and Promotions, and Financial Planning and Reporting.

Policy - You will work with your HR liaison to develop the programs, policies, and procedures to ensure you have the framework to support a safe, collaborative, and challenging environment for your team so they can provide the same for your members.

Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
