Outside Sales Representative position (multilingual) at True World Foods Inc of Canada
We are currently seeking a multilingual Sales Representative (Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese). Full time position.


Position Summary:

Actively maintains an excellent relationship with existing clients and participates in the development of new customers and new markets.


Duties and Responsibilities as outside sales representative

• Regularly interacts with customers to provide information about product availability, quality, and prices by visiting or calling during the day or evening.
• Take products orders daily from customers by visiting or calling during the day or evening.
• Monitors customer payments and ensures that customers' payments and credit are in good standing.
• Offers new products and services to customers as they become available.
• Prospects for new customers and develop new markets.
• Makes deliveries to customers as needed.
  Must be able to drive full size van.
• Experience driving under harsh Calgary winter conditions.
• Involves daily early morning packing operations which involve packing and processing fresh, and/or packed frozen, and/or dry products according to customer specifications

Working conditions

• Working hour from 6:00am (finishing time may vary based on necessary job completed as sales. (Mon-Fri and sometime Saturday shift)
• Receiving call or text message from customers all day at reasonable hours.
• 5060% of working hours will be outside in the field to visit customers

Qualification:

• Fluent in English writing and verbal communication.
• Fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean language is a plus.
• Entry level is welcome and 24year sales experience is plus.
• Work experience at grocery stores is plus.
• Knowledge of Japanese food/culture and grocery items are plus.
• Valid Drivers License with at least
  5 years driving experience is preferred. (Especially in harsh winter conditions)

$42,000.00-$43,500.00 per year
