Landscape Construction and Hardscape Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Execute landscape construction and hardscape projects, including planting, grading, sod replacement, retaining walls, water features, concrete work, and woodwork, among others.

⦁ Collaborate with clients to provide advice, estimates, and service while maintaining exceptional customer service.

⦁ Maintain a safe and healthy working environment while working according to scheduled timelines.

⦁ Maintain the quality of work and attention to hidden quality while ensuring effective communication with clients and any needed changes.

⦁ Ensure all work is performed and delivered within budget and timeframe.

Qualifications:

⦁ Passion for working outdoors and achieving satisfaction from completing a job to perfection.

⦁ Proven experience in landscape construction and hardscaping, including interlocking installation and repair, regrading, laying sod, building retaining walls, water features, decks, and fences.

⦁ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

⦁ Attention to detail, ensuring quality is not compromised over quantity.

⦁ Proven track record of partnering with colleagues to deliver quality work while maintaining safety standards.

⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⦁ Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
