    * *5 years *of related quality experience in manufacturing

    • Implementation & Management of quality processes & programs
    • Managing warranty programs & process claims
    • Manage Corrective and Preventative Action Program and facilitate Root Cause Analysis
    • Implementation of Part/Lot and Operator traceability programs (asset)
    • Production Welding operation and leadership
    • ISO or TS certification and maintenance (asset)
    • Internal & External Audit experience
    • Managing Supplier quality
    • Structural Building Industry (asset)
    • Fabrication and Galvanizing process (asset)
    Communication

    • Excellent English Communication skills (oral and written)

    *Responsibilities:
    • Continuous improvements of the quality system and Quality Manual
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
    • Communicate changes to quality system requirements and standards
    • Measure the effectiveness of the quality system and implement revisions, procedures, and policies to improve performance
    • Verify the successful implementation of the quality system in the various areas of the business
    • Manage quarantine and establishing disposition and appropriate action
    • Facilitate and support continuous improvement activities
    • Plan and implement internal audit schedule
    • Lead internal and 3rd party audits (CWB, A660, AWS, CE)
    • Address and facilitate corrective and preventative actions related to audit findings, from both internal and external audits
    • Maintain controlled documents and revisions, weld procedures, and welder qualification
    • Gauge Maintenance Implementation and Administration
    • Create and maintain work instructions and forms
    • Accountable for Quality Assurance reports and KPI's
    • Initiate quality alerts and corrective actions
    • Maintain the quality process and associated documentation
    • Manage supplier quality standards and records
    • Coordinate testing and maintain turnaround objectives for quarantined material
    • Test, calibrate and maintain measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment for conformance to established standards
    • Develop and train colleagues on processes and procedures
    • Communicate and coordinate with customer to resolve quality issues in the field
    • Other duties as assigned by management
