- Maintain controlled documents and revisions, weld procedures, and welder qualification
- Gauge Maintenance Implementation and Administration
- Create and maintain work instructions and forms
- Accountable for Quality Assurance reports and KPI's
- Initiate quality alerts and corrective actions
- Maintain the quality process and associated documentation
- Manage supplier quality standards and records
- Coordinate testing and maintain turnaround objectives for quarantined material
- Test, calibrate and maintain measuring, recording, and indicating instruments and equipment for conformance to established standards
- Develop and train colleagues on processes and procedures
- Communicate and coordinate with customer to resolve quality issues in the field
- Other duties as assigned by management
