Hy-Mark is under NEW Ownership and Management team and we are growing We are searching for an energetic, friendly and outgoing people person to join the Hy-Mark Customer Service team as a

Customer Service Representative
Skills
- Excellent telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Problem solving skills, ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands
- Good problem solving, critical thinking skills
- Organized
- Customer service experience is an asset, but not required. No Experience, training will be provided.
- Assist Service Manager and department to schedule technical team service appointments
- Schedule routine service work and promote service/equipment sales
- Schedule emergency service calls
- Assist service technicians with site information/job details as requested
- Responsible to schedule, assign, and dispatch Field Service Technicians
- Ensures proper information is obtained and entered for all service calls
- Organize the workflow in tandem with customer deadlines so as to meet customer service requirements
- Manage compliance paperwork (Warranty, etc.)
- Reception duties as assigned directing calls, assisting customers, etc.
- Accountable for accurate and timely input of work orders
- Review warranty information as required
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Provide proactive follow up with customers
- Report customer feedback to management whether positive or negative
Administration
- Work closely with Service Manager and Technicians
- Organize all incoming paperwork from Technicians
- Filing, Scanning and Copying
- Data Entry
- Parts sheets and Purchase Orders
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
