,Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.,Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products,, correct product codes Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality i.e.no damaged products freshest product selection etc Correctly documents and labels all orders correctly through interpretation and understanding documentation including pick slips packaging details shipping labels etc Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space efficient manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction offering service including supporting issues to resolution Ensures strict adherence to strict safety and food hygiene standards including maintaining a clean hygienic work area immediate clean up of all spills debris ensures all t ,otes are clean void of debris before packing Operates material handling equipment in a safe responsible manner ensuring that all safety pre-inspection checks are completed before use Exhibits behaviors that support the organizations mission core values Participates in continuous improvement initiatives suggesting changes incl but not limited operational procedures productivity standards efficiencies customer satisfaction safety working conditions quality standards Demonstrates flexibility completing/adjusting work assignments based on customer requests meeting daily delivery schedules The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience- Picks packs goods accurately according order specifications ,
- Maintains cleanliness organization store stockroom warehouse ,
- Operate machinery or equipment safely effectively e.g.order picker pallet jack fork lift ,
- Report any discrepancies inaccuracies inventory quantities issues found during receiving inspection processing shipment etc.,
