Beyond Landscaping Ltd. is a fun young company looking for someone to jump in and help us manage the gardening department. WE WORK FOUR DAY WORK WEEKS (Mon-Thur 7am-5pm)

Some of the things we regularly need done and would hope you have experience doing:

-Start guys off

-Tool Tracking crews /weekly

-Receipts in office

-Site checks

-Site audits/ problems etc

-Inventory Gardening chemicals

-Onboarding: T shirts, documents, first day training etc.

-LEAN (Gardening side)

-personal check ins with the crew?

-Training Gardening Staff

-Customer complaints

-No scheduling of crews involved

WE ALWAYS have lots of things to do and keep people busy and need help with.

We are all super easy going but like to work hard, and like to surround ourselves with like minded people. Who wants to work with people who arent like that? We have a great group who likes to have a blast all summer long (Hello weekly Friday BBQs/Beer, and numerous staff parties.

It would be at our warehouse in North Van.

You will be required to work as a member on a small team, potentially as a crew lead if you have the experience.

Pay entirely based one experience, ability and work ethic & ability.

Requirements for this position:

A drivers license and comfort driving pickup trucks, is an asset.

Experience safely operating power tools and other maintenance equipment.

Working phone, with data preferred.
