    Working inside a Factory Service Center, this position is responsible for repairing different types of portable power tools within the Milwaukee brand.

    On-the-job training is provided on more specialized products along with competitive wage and incentives tied to performance.
    Pick, pack and ship outgoing sales orders
    Resolve receiving issues, ship unauthorized returns to the customer
    Consolidate and process return shipments to our US warehouse locations
    Conduct periodic inventory counts
    Related administrative duties as required
    Shipping/receiving experience
    Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics AX
    Forklift/Counterbalance certified
    Creative thinker around process and continuous improvement
    Strong computer skills around data entry
