    The Deskside Support Tech will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Check in with the computer users to fix computer-related problems. 2. Give advice and training to users facing difficulties. 3. Participate in the redesign of applications. 4. Supervise other technical support workers in the group. 5. Examine user manuals, and other documentation as you conduct research and put answers into practice. 6. Create. manage, and share a log of issues and solutions with other technical support analysts.
