    Here is how you will be involved

    • Design, architect, and optimize complex Active Directory environments across multi-domain and multi-forest enterprise landscapes.
    • Plan and execute AD migrations, consolidations, and functional level upgrades with minimal downtime and well-defined rollback procedures.
    • Lead modernization of identity platforms, including hybrid identity configurations integrating Azure AD / Entra ID and AD Connect.
    • Manage and perform migrations of users, groups, computers, GPOs, and service accounts, ensuring proper handling of SID history, trusts, and coexistence requirements.
    • Develop and implement secure AD architectures aligned with Tier-0 protection, PAM principles, and Zero Trust identity strategies.
    • Build PowerShell automations and leverage industry-standard tools such as ADMT, Quest, or Binary Tree for migration, testing, and validation processes.
    • Design and maintain AD DNS, replication strategies, and site topology to ensure global reliability, resiliency, and performance.
    • Produce comprehensive technical deliverables, including target-state AD architecture, migration strategy, migration waves, cutover runbooks, and risk mitigation plans.
    • Troubleshoot complex AD, Azure AD / Entra ID, replication, authentication, and DNS issues during transformation efforts.
    • Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure identity architecture aligns with broader enterprise roadmaps.

    Your experience

    • 10+ years of experience.
    • Expert inActive Directory architecture, migration, and upgrade across large, complex, multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
    • Proven delivery ofAD modernization and functional level upgrades with minimal downtime and strong rollback strategies.
    • Strong expertise inHybrid Identity includingAzure AD / Entra ID, AD Connect, and identity coexistence models.
    • Hands-on leadership ofuser, group, computer, GPO, and service account migrations, including SID history and trust models.
    • Advanced knowledge ofAD security architecture, Tier-0 protection, PAM, and Zero Trust-aligned identity designs.
    • Skilled inPowerShell automation and use of industry tools (ADMT, Quest, Binary Tree) for migration and validation.
    • Authoritative inAD DNS, replication, site topology, and resiliency design for global enterprises.
    • Produces cleartarget-state architecture, migration waves, cutover runbooks, and risk mitigation plans.
    • Your bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec
