Who we are looking for:


As an Implementation Manager, you'll need to be a client-focused team player with a strong ability to solve complex problems.

You will act as our client's key to success and will be responsible for not only setting up and launching Carpraze within their organization but coming up with clear KPIs and long-term goals.

Throughout implementation, you will work closely with managers and staff to ensure they not only meet these KPIs but exceed them while being available to answer any questions they may have through the setup process.

You will also work closely with Managers and staff to help collect any feedback and resolve any issues that may come up throughout the setup.


Tools you'll use:

  • G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Zoom

Your Responsibilities:

  • Know the Carpraze product inside and out, including all its benefits.
  • Ability to lead customers through the overall implementation process.
  • Work with managers to identify clear goals and KPIs.
  • Meet with managers regularly to review their usage of Carpraze and strategize on how they can exceed their KPIs.
  • Develop a strong relationship with decisionmakers and product users.
  • Understand our clients and how their business functions on a daytoday basis.
  • Work with our trainers to produce and provide training to dealership staff.
  • Use data to gain insights on how Carpraze is being utilized.
  • Work with managers to increase engagement and product usage.
  • Help manage and solve any change management issues.
  • Develop strong and clear communication plans for dealers groups.
  • Collect clear and concise feedback on behalf of the dealers.
  • Help identify any issues and work closely with the support team to ensure a solution is found.
  • Be available to managers and team members to answer any questions they may have during the training process.
  • Be accountable for your client's performance and outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of automotive experience is required
  • Knowledge of existing automotive appraisal and wholesaling platforms is essential
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment Is key.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Handson problem solver with the ability to analyze data and make educated recommendations.
  • Must be able to travel within Canada to visit dealerships for implementation.
  • Ability to take ownership of the current client relationship to ensure success
  • Ability to listen, request feedback and ask probing questions to get a solid understanding of dealer needs
  • Love for cars is a bonus.

Your skills & experience:

  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to look at a problem and not only understand the reason behind it, but what the solution could be.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Impeccable understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Suite.
  • Proficient use of Zoom to set up and schedule calls.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different personality types.
  • Possess a "Do Whatever it Takes" attitude to get the job done
  • Selfstarter that is comfortable working with mínimal oversight and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with flexible timelines and changing priorities
