You

  • As a Digital Strategist, you'll manage our clients social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our clients. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

About the Job*:


  • Build and manage our clients social media profiles, channel and content strategy, calendar and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional relevant channels
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our clients brand and content
  • Develop creative briefs for creative design teams to create social assets for content calendars
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our clients, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers as well as from brand new audiences
  • Work with agency team members to build paid social campaigns, manage performance and optimizations, review analytics to access results and provide recommendations
  • Work alongside team members to help create content that engages our client's audience and supports the overall communication and marketing goals
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and/or leads from our social network presence
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks, content strategies, or mechanisms to reach and engage relevant target audiences
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of integrated marketing and traditional public relations, and the role social and digital media play in integrated marketing
  • Develop/manage influencer relations programs and successfully implement related activities where needed
  • Ability to identify cultural trends, memes, and timely news stories in order to capitalize on them on behalf of our clients through social media, earned media, or paid media
  • Manage client deadlines and project timelines with account teams to deliver exceptional client work on schedule

Qualifications*:


  • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify.

Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • 3-5 years' experience
  • Wellrounded understanding of the social media landscape, with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Experience using social media management software like Sprout Social or Sprinklr to manage brand channels or monitor social media conversations
  • Experience with social media campaign management with platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok for Business, and Twitter Ads Manager
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Talkwalker / Brandwatch
